PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – The leader of a drug trafficking organization that sold fentanyl, meth and cocaine across the West Coast was sentenced on Wednesday, authorities announced.
The drug ring was discovered when law enforcement focused on Seattle’s International District and nearby homeless camps.
Officials said 34-year-old Octavio Salazar Palma of Federal Way, Washington was sentenced to 10 years in prison as a result.
