Washington State Patrol detectives are asking for the public’s help as they investigate the death of a person found near Interstate 5 in King County.
At about 1:30 p.m. on Aug. 23, Washington State Patrol communications received a 9-1-1 call from someone reporting a person who appeared to be sleeping in the grass near the entrance to the express lanes from Seneca.
Troopers arrived and determined the person was unconscious and had no pulse. CPR was started, but troopers determined the person was already dead…
