FEDERAL WAY, Wash. – Police in Federal Way are investigating after a man died following a car crash early Thursday morning. Federal Way police responded to the Avana Star Lake Apartments just after 1 a.m. to reports of a shooting. When officers arrived, police say they found a vehicle that had crashed into several others.
