NEW YORK CITY – LSU star Flau’jae Johnson said that there was no pressure on her after being selected by the Golden State Valkyries in the 2026 WNBA Draft, but she was involved in a shock trade moments later.
The WNBA Draft saw Azzi Fudd reunited with Paige Bueckers after being selected first overall by the Dallas Wings. TCU point guard Olivia Miles went second overall, as her gamble paid off with a big vote of confidence by the Minnesota Lynx.
