The arraignment for Christopher Leahy, the 31-year-old defendant in the Nordheim Court homicide case, has been continued to June 4 due to questions surrounding the defendant’s “mental health and competency.”
Originally scheduled for Thursday, May 21 at the Seattle King County Superior Court, the arraignment will mark the defendant’s first formal appearance in court. The judge will formally read the charges and the defendant will plead guilty or not guilty.
