Birmingham Municipal Court offering month-long amnesty program for eligible warrants

The Birmingham Municipal Court is giving some residents a chance to clear up outstanding court issues without the immediate threat of arrest during a month-long amnesty initiative beginning June 1.

The court’s “Court Amnesty Month” will run through June 30, 2026, allowing eligible individuals to resolve certain Failure to Appear warrants and related court obligations.
