BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – An overturned 18-wheeler on “Dead Man’s Curve” in Birmingham is causing major headaches for drivers Wednesday morning.
The crash happened at around 4:30 a.m. on the ramp where Interstate 20 meets Interstate 59 in Birmingham.
