BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – After a 120-page complaint filed by the Judicial Inquiry Commission led to her suspension in May, Jefferson County Probate Judge Yashiba Blanchard has responded to the allegations made against her.
In court documents filed Saturday, Blanchard has denied all seven counts levied against her.
