A Birmingham-based company has picked up an environmental hazard cleanup contract, according to a Department of Defense notice posted Friday.
For $40 million, BHATE-Bay West JV LLC will, until June 17, 2033, provide remediation services at 18 sites as part of the Shaw Air Force Base Optimized Remediation project. The base is located in South Carolina.
