TALLAPOOSA COUNTY, Ala. (WRBL) — A North Carolina man has been injured in a single-marine vessel incident that happened on Saturday afternoon, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA).
ALEA says 25-year-old, Stewart D. Holmes, was water-tubing on Lake Martin in Tallapoosa County when he came off of his tube. During an attempt to recover Holmes from the lake, he was struck by the propeller on the pontoon boat.
