BESSEMER – The Safe Haven Baby Box that was placed at the Helena Fire Department, Station No. 2 was officially made available to members of the public who may need it during an opening and blessing ceremony on June 23.
Helena City Council Member Cathy Hammann played a vital role in the project alongside Shelby County District Court Judge Erin Welborn, and her effort to spread the message of its availability has not slowed down.
