Fans of the women’s game have a new name to learn to spell. We’ll make it easy for you. It’s Schremmer, and her first name is Scarlett. She lives in Birmingham, Alabama, and plays golf at the University of Miami.
And this friendly young lady who plays a style her coach calls “boy golf” is having herself quite the summer. After qualifying for the U.S. Women’s Amateur with an 8-under 64, on top of two major amateur wins this summer, she stopped by Media Day at The Honors Course in Ooltewah, Tennessee, to get a look at what’s ahead the first week in August.
