JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ala. (WBMA) — Capital murder charges have been dismissed against two teens who were previously arrested in connection with the 2025 shooting death of an 18-year-old in Center Point.
According to court documents filed Wednesday, August 5, a judge dismissed the capital murder complaints against Gary Andrew Jackson, 19, and Tarjuan Terrell Johnson, 18.
