SHELBY COUNTY, Ala. (WIAT) — Drivers in the area of I-65 near the Shelby County Airport should expect heavy delays after the County Road 87 overpass was damaged Tuesday.
ALDOT confirms a piece of construction equipment being transported along I-65 SB struck the CR 87 bridge shortly before noon.
