A six-story full-service boutique hotel planned near Railroad Park will include retail space and rooftop entertainment.
The Birmingham City Council earlier this week approved incentives to support the $82-million Parkside Hotel that developers hope to complete by 2029.
“The city of Birmingham’s incentives have laid a strong foundation for the Parkside Hotel to build on,” project partner Grant Bigham told AL.com. “We’re actively closing in on additional funding milestones, and once those are achieved, we’ll be excited to share details about the project.”…
