A Birmingham man has pleaded guilty in a 2021 shooting that left a 2-year-old boy critically wounded with injuries to the face and neck.
Dearius Culpepper, 29, pleaded guilty to first-degree assault, two counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling.
