COLUMBIANA, Ala. (WBMA) — A woman has been convicted of theft after prosecutors say she took thousands of dollars from a client in Shelby County for home furnishings but never delivered the items.
District Attorney Matt Casey announced that Lindsey Davis, 40, was convicted of first-degree theft by deception following a three-day trial that concluded April 15.
