JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ala. (WBMA) — Five people were taken into custody after a narcotics operation conducted by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office last week.
According to authorities, Thursday, April 23, 2026, narcotics detectives, with assistance from SWAT, SNET, and other specialized units, executed two residential search warrants in the 1900 block of Francis Avenue SW.
