Robertson Banking Co. is suing a hospitality company and restauranteur Nick Pihakis for at least $625,000 for repayment on a loan.
The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in Jefferson County Circuit Court, names EMB Hospitality and Pihakis as the guarantor of a 2022 loan for $1,124,408.
