New details released in death of 22-year-old Auburn graduate

TRUSSVILLE, Ala. (WIAT) — A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed by the family of Whitney Robeson against Jeffrey Scott Towers.

Police say 54-year-old Towers shot and killed 22-year-old Robeson at a Trussville home on March 7. Towers has been charged with reckless manslaughter.
