Sunday and Memorial Day: Rain increases throughout the Sunday morning from the southwest, bringing a soaking rain at times. A stronger storm or two is possible by afternoon, but there is no official severe weather threat.

For Memorial Day, there will be periods of sun along with scattered storms. It will not rain all day, nor will it rain everywhere. Just keep an eye on the weather and head inside if storms are around. Highs both days in the low to mid 80s.

Next Week’s Outlook: Persistent flow from the south will continue to pump moisture into the area. This, combined with the heat, will allow for a few storms each afternoon for the week ahead. Highs look to remain stable in the low to middle 80s. Rain totals over the next week will be between 2-3 inches, with locally higher amounts in areas that receive multiple storms…
