DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A West Palm Beach man who admitted to driving drunk and high before a crash on I-95 that killed a stranded motorist changing a tire has been sentenced to nine years in prison.
On Friday, 54-year-old Michael Miller pleaded guilty to one count of DUI manslaughter and two counts of driving under the influence causing injury in connection with the October 2023 crash in Delray Beach.
