Amid frustrations from local leaders about ongoing construction and operational issues at the Wellington Sports Academy, the company behind the facility is now suing the Village of Wellington.
A lawsuit filed June 29 claims that the village’s actions are causing financial losses and harming the academy’s operations. Village officials dispute the claims stated in the lawsuit.
