Coconut Creek Promenade Wakes Up to New All-Day Breakfast Joint

Crema Gourmet quietly rolled into the Promenade at Coconut Creek on Saturday, giving the shopping center’s dining row a new all-day breakfast and coffee hangout. Owner Takis Efthymiou welcomed a steady stream of first-day visitors and framed the cafe as a family-friendly spot with meals that will not blow up the check. The new outpost slid into the Promenade’s mix alongside existing specialty retailers.

Efthymiou, who was born in Germany, raised in Greece and now lives in Boynton Beach, told Coconut Creek Talk he wants this Crema location to lean on fresh food made on site and wallet-conscious pricing, noting, “We offer breakfast all day.” According to the locations page for Crema Gourmet, the brand already operates across South Florida and New York and is continuing to move into new neighborhoods.

New Tenant For The Promenade

The Promenade’s current store list shows Crema Gourmet tagged as “NewComing Soon,” signaling the chain’s official arrival to the mall’s dining row, per Promenade at Coconut Creek. The center had previously highlighted a batch of incoming tenants, including Bronx Luggage and several other specialty retailers, as reported by Mann Report.
