The FBI said it has arrested Ibrahim Khaldoon Hilmi, owner of Sunshine Senior Solutions, in connection with an alleged Medicare fraud scheme in Palm Beach County.
Hilmi was caught in Turkey and flown back to South Florida on Friday, where he was officially arrested, the FBI said.
According to the FBI, Hilmi is wanted for his alleged role in a $3.7 billion scheme to defraud Medicare. He fled the United States in May 2025 and was recently detained by Turkish authorities…
