PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A scheduled plea conference for an 82-year-old Delray Beach man accused of killing and dismembering his wife was delayed Wednesday as attorneys continue discussing a possible sentence.
William Lowe was not in the courtroom for the brief hearing, but his defense attorney and a prosecutor were present.
