Critical Crash Overnight In Gulf Stream, Man Airlifted To Hospital

According to Gulf Stream Police Chief Richard Jones who spoke early Tuesday morning with BocaNewsNow.com, a man was seen by a Gulf Stream Officer driving at roughly 80 mph on North Ocean Boulevard around 11:22 p.m. “Before the Officer could even get into drive,” said Chief Jones, “the vehicle was seen swerving on Ocean Boulevard, then hit a tree.” The vehicle flipped.

The man was trapped inside the overturned vehicle and required extrication. No other vehicles were involved.

Once the man was cut from the vehicle, rescuers determined he needed to be airlifted to Delray Medical Center. Trauma Hawk landed near Boynton Beach Boulevard and I-95, then flew the victim to the hospital. He was there in just minutes…
