Lowe’s is expanding its Palm Beach County footprint with a new home improvement store.
The store will open in the city of Westlake. The new Lowe’s will be built between Seminole Pratt Whitney Road and Town Center Parkway North and will feature 488 parking spaces, including designated spaces for professional contractors and golf carts to accommodate Westlake’s unique transportation network. The store will begin construction shortly, and should be complete between the end of 2026 and the beginning of 2027.
The project is expected to bring approximately 150 new jobs to the area while serving as the company’s South Central Florida regional headquarters. This is part of an expansion by the home goods and repair mega store. Recently, Lowe’s opened a store in Port St. Lucie.
