DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — The City of Delray Beach has canceled a planned vote that could have revoked Subculture Coffee’s parking agreement, according to the business owner Rodney Mayo.
The decision comes after a lengthy dispute between Mayo and the city over Subculture’s parking agreement and cultural programming.
