PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A Palm Beach County judge has denied a request from an accused murderer seeking temporary release from jail to attend a family memorial service.
Shawn Crosby, who is being held without bond on charges of murder and robbery, asked the court for a furlough to attend his uncle’s memorial service scheduled for May 9 in West Palm Beach.
