TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – A popular livestreamer known as “Clavicular” was charged last week in connection with a viral video that appears to show him firing a gun at an alligator in the Florida Everglades.
On April 29, the 20-year-old influencer, whose real name is Braden Peters, was charged with a misdemeanor count of discharging a firearm in a public place, according to Miami-Dade court records. The charge carries a potential fine of $1,000 and possible jail time or probation.

The charge stems from an incident on March 26, when Peters and a friend allegedly repeatedly shot at an alligator during Peters’ livestream. A clip taken from the stream went viral, drawing the attention of Florida wildlife officials.
Peters was arrested that same day in Fort Lauderdale on a warrant for unrelated charges. He is charged with misdemeanor battery and conspiracy to commit battery in Osceola County.
