There’s a new Vietnamese restaurant heading into the former Urban Fox Meridian location.
Xin Chao is opening at 2970 N Eagle Rd in Meridian. Business owner, An Van Nguyen, plans to open this new concept with the same building structure as its previous owners, but make some adjustments to the inside of the space.
According to Meridian permits, Nguyen is proposing the idea of having a rooftop seating area in addition to classic indoor seating and dining services. BoiseDev has reached out to the owner to find out more information, but did not hear back from Nguyen…
