MERIDIAN, Idaho (CBS2) — Ahlquist, in partnership with Eagle-based The Pacific Companies, announced Heritage Square, a mixed-use development in downtown Meridian. The project will feature Class A office space, destination retail, two multifamily residential towers, and public plazas.
According to a recent news release, the property, formerly known as Union 93, was originally envisioned as a mixed-use development but stalled after its previous developer entered foreclosure, leaving partially completed structures vacant in the shadow of Meridian City Hall.
