GARDEN CITY, Idaho (CBS2) — Mayor Bill Jacobs announced that the Garden City City Council has adopted Ordinance No. 1068-26, a measure designed to protect public safety by prohibiting high-speed electric motorbikes and high-speed electric scooters from streets, including the Boise River Greenbelt, city parks, crosswalks, bike lanes and bike paths, unless they are titled and insured.
