If there’s one thing Boise does a great job at it’s embracing local businesses. Especially when new local businesses pop up over the Treasure Valley idahoans are quick to make them feel welcome and to make the business a success. We always love when new things open up and there’s new places to try and one has been getting a lot of hype over the past week that is totally deserved.
Loving Lefse Opens A New Location
A popular Boise food truck that you often see on the city and the Treasure Valley is Loving Lefse. Loving Lefse has been such a hit that they decided to open up a storefront location in downtown Boise. This new location is right across from The Neurolux and the Record Exchange and people are loving it already.
Loving Lefse sells Authentic Norwegian Potato Flatbreads and they are delicious!!!! They have many options and every single one of them looks delicious. You could go and get their breakfast or go for lunch or dinner. They have Savory options and sweet options and the new location has crazy good matcha flavors as well.
