A meat-loving Meridian restaurant that closed shortly after it opened in 2024 has turned up the heat again.
Imperium Grill, 3161 E. Fairview Ave., reopened Aug. 7 after disappearing from the dining scene for the past two years. The restaurant, which specializes in tapas-style, charcoal-grilled skewers, had shuttered for “renovations, decorations and upgrades,” owner John Spahic said.
