Idaho State Police previously confirmed crash on westbound I-84 near 10th Avenue in Caldwell was blocking all lanes of traffic. As of 10 a.m. all lanes are open, according to ISP.
A photo in the area showed a truck jack-knifed in the westbound lanes with debris on the freeway. ISP confirmed a jersey barrier, a concrete or plastic wall separating lanes, was knocked into one eastbound lane as well.
