TEWKSBURY, Mass. (WPRI) — The ousted former CEO of Market Basket announced earlier this week that he will not appeal the court ruling that solidified his removal.
Arthur T. Demoulas lost his bid for reinstatement back in April when a judge determined Market Basket’s Board of Directors “acted in good faith” by suspending him last May and then firing him in September.
