Anthem Philip, a Simmons University student, was walking along the Riverway path with her mother when they stumbled upon the ornate pink house nestled on the edge of Netherlands Road.
“We were both so intrigued,” she recalled. “It’s just not really what you’d expect to see on a random side street.”
