Chief Justin Hanrahan is pleased to announce the promotions of Kenneth Swift to Captain, Mark Lewis to Lieutenant, and Joseph Farrar to Sergeant, effective Thursday, June 11, 2026.
Captain Kenneth Swift is a 24-year veteran of the department. He served as a patrol officer for 14 years before being promoted to Sergeant, where he spent five years as the Sergeant Detective Prosecutor and three years as the Sergeant Detective.
