Former Massachusetts State Police trooper Michael Proctor is expected to finally sit for his deposition today in Karen Read’s civil case.
It was originally scheduled for Monday, June 8. The Friday before, his attorneys filed a motion to delay it due to “a variety of circumstances,” but he lost his last-minute bid. The judge ordered the deposition be done the next day on Tuesday, June 9, but neither set of lawyers could make that work.
Now more than two weeks later, this deposition should happen today…
