According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Richard Mulombre of Marblehead is the winner of a $1 million prize on a Powerball ticket purchased in Massachusetts for the multi-state game’s Saturday, July 18th drawing that featured a $526.4 million jackpot.
Mulombre won the prize after the first five numbers on his Quic Pic ticket matched those selected in the drawing. He claimed his $1 million prize (before taxes) Thursday, July 23rd at the Massachusetts State Lottery’s Dorchester headquarters. He said he plans to put the winnings towards retirement…
