An argument escalated to a physical assault in Boston Sunday night, and police say the suspect got away on a scooter while the victim was taken to a local hospital with a serious injury.
Just before 8:15 p.m., officers received a report of a male physically assaulting a victim in the area of 263 Huntington Avenue and arrived on scene to learn that the victim had been struck in the leg with an object, possibly a rock, in front of 289 Huntington Avenue, the listed address for Panera Bread.
