Mass. Pike drivers face major traffic change this weekend as $400M project hits milestone

Drivers heading west on the Massachusetts Turnpike Friday night should prepare for a lane closure and traffic pattern changes in Weston as crews continue work on a major reconstruction project at the Interstate 95/Route 128 interchange.

MassDOT officials say the overnight work is part of a roughly $400 million project to completely rebuild and modernize the I-90/I-95 interchange, one of the largest highway construction projects currently underway in Massachusetts.
