BOSTON (WWLP) – A member of the Lynn Chapter of the Trinitarios pleaded guilty to federal racketeering and drug conspiracy charges after admitting to participating in a 2023 shooting and harboring gang members involved in a deadly drive-by shooting in Lynn.

Israel Garcia Vasquez, 25, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to conduct enterprise affairs through a pattern of racketeering activity, commonly known as RICO conspiracy, and drug conspiracy, according to federal prosecutors.
U.S. Senior District Court Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton scheduled Garcia Vasquez’s sentencing for Nov. 19.
