BOSTON, MA — A Brockton man was arrested Tuesday morning on a warrant charging him with photographing sexual or intimate parts of a child following an incident at Boston Common Frog Pond.
Mark Sullivan, 60, of Brockton, was arrested at approximately 6 a.m. Aug. 18 in the area of 162 Warren Avenue in Brockton by officers assigned to District A-1 (Downtown) along with U.S. Marshals.
