A Boston man is accused of trying to kill someone during a Monday night shooting near a gas station in the city’s Dorchester neighborhood, according to police. Tuan Trieu, 53, is facing two counts of armed assault with intent to murder and one count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm – third offense, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and three other firearms charges, Boston police said in a Tuesday press release.
