An East Boston resident files a 311 complaint imploring the city to do something about the influx of l’ll stinkers in the neighborhood:. There seems to be an abundance of skunks in East Boston. We see adults and babies at all hours, not just nighttime. They hide under cars. We moved in last year and our dog has been skunked twice already. Not sure if it’s been reported yet but I’m hoping something can be done?
