WOBURN — When police arrived at the scene of a crash on Lexington Street on a December evening in 2023, they found Massachusetts State Police Sgt. Scott Quigley “disoriented and bleeding” outside his unmarked cruiser, according to court documents filed Wednesday.
Quigley had just collided head-on with a medical transport van carrying one passenger, Angelo Schettino, a paraplegic with developmental challenges.
