An on ramp to Interstate 95 in Waltham, Massachusetts, was closed on Friday morning as emergency crews worked to remove a vehicle from a body of water.
Aerial footage showed what looked like an SUV up to its roof in a small body of water. An oily sheen could be clearly seen on top of the water.
The Massachusetts Department of Transportation said in an email just before 9 a.m. that the Wyman Street on ramp to I-95 northbound was closed in Waltham to allow emergency crews to remove a vehicle from an earlier crash. The closure is expected to remain in place for several hours…
